By submitting payment, you authorize Strateginova and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method according to the agreed service plan, project agreement, proposal, invoice, or subscription schedule.
For recurring services, retainers, subscription-style offers, or ongoing monthly support, you authorize automatic recurring billing according to the billing frequency agreed upon at the time of purchase or agreement.
Late payments, failed payments, or chargebacks may result in delayed work, paused services, restricted access to deliverables, or termination of the service engagement.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Strateginova are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any service, package, product, project, subscription, consultation, or digital offer from Strateginova, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been processed.

Once payment has been processed, it is considered final. No refunds, partial refunds, payment reversals, or credits are guaranteed or required, regardless of whether the client uses the full service, changes their mind, delays the project, fails to provide materials, or decides not to continue.
By proceeding with any payment or agreement with Strateginova, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no refund policy.
6. Prepaid Resource Allocation
Strateginova operates on a service model that requires allocating time, strategy, creative resources, technical resources, contractors, software resources, administrative preparation, and production capacity before and during the delivery of services.
Once payment has been received, planning may begin, team members or contractors may be assigned, project timelines may be reserved, technical preparation may start, tools may be configured, creative direction may be developed, and resources may be secured specifically for your engagement.
Because these resources are committed in advance, payments cannot be reversed once processing has occurred.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate instructions, access, content, assets, brand materials, login credentials, feedback, approvals, and relevant project information necessary for Strateginova to perform the agreed services effectively.
Clients are responsible for timely communication and cooperation throughout the project. Delays caused by missing materials, unavailable access, incomplete information, delayed approvals, lack of communication, or client inaction do not qualify for refunds, payment reversals, or project cancellation credits.
If a project timeline is affected by client delays, Strateginova may adjust delivery dates, pause production, or revise project scheduling based on availability.
8. Service Adjustments
If a client’s requirements change during the course of the service period, Strateginova may offer reasonable adjustments such as modifying timelines, revising the service scope, reallocating production resources, adjusting deliverables, or recommending a new project phase.
Any adjustments are subject to mutual agreement, availability, and the nature of the requested change. Additional requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.
Financial terms agreed upon at the time of payment remain unchanged once payment has been processed.
9. Issue Resolution
Strateginova is committed to delivering high-quality service and maintaining clear communication with clients. If concerns arise regarding the progress, quality, direction, or delivery of services, clients are encouraged to contact us promptly so we can review and address the matter.
Concerns may be discussed through email communication or scheduled consultation calls, including video meetings when necessary. Our goal is to resolve concerns professionally, clarify expectations, and help clients receive value from the services provided.
While Strateginova will make reasonable efforts to resolve service-related concerns, issue resolution does not alter the company’s no refund policy. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been processed.
10. Unused Services
Payments cover reserved service capacity, project preparation, team allocation, strategic planning, production time, and operational resources. As a result, refunds will not be provided for unused services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unused hours or sessions in a time-based package
- Unused portions of a service package
- Services that were not utilized by the client
- Projects paused, delayed, or rescheduled at the client’s request
- Missed calls, missed meetings, or delayed feedback from the client
- Any service capacity reserved but not fully used within the agreed timeframe
Strateginova may, at its discretion, discuss reasonable adjustments to help clients receive value from their engagement, but such adjustments do not create an obligation to issue refunds or credits.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Strateginova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, systems, campaigns, strategies, or deliverables.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business opportunities, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm, marketing performance fluctuations, advertising account restrictions, technical interruptions, or operational disruptions.
In any event, Strateginova’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service period or project directly related to the claim.
12. Independent Contractor Status
Strateginova may collaborate with independent contractors, specialists, developers, designers, automation experts, copywriters, media buyers, strategists, or other professional service providers to deliver client work.
Strateginova manages service delivery and coordination but does not create employment relationships between clients and individual contractors or service providers assigned to support the client’s project.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, custom materials or deliverables created by Strateginova for a client become the property of the client upon full payment for the relevant service period, package, or project.
Strateginova retains ownership of its internal frameworks, methods, templates, systems, workflows, strategy processes, reusable code structures, educational materials, and proprietary business resources unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients grant Strateginova permission to use non-confidential work samples, screenshots, project descriptions, results, or general deliverables for portfolio, case study, marketing, educational, or promotional purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials, images, logos, copy, media, fonts, files, or brand assets they provide are legally owned, licensed, or authorized for use.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the applicable service agreement, subscription plan, proposal, or project terms.
Termination of services does not entitle the client to any refunds for payments already made. Any unpaid balances, outstanding fees, or agreed recurring payments remain due according to the applicable agreement.
Strateginova reserves the right to pause or terminate services if a client fails to pay, violates these Terms of Service, abuses communication channels, withholds necessary project materials, engages in unethical activity, or creates conditions that prevent reasonable service delivery.
